What is the current wait time to get you on-site?
We are currently booking 1.5-2 weeks ahead of time, but will always do our best to fit you in on the earliest day we have an opening. We know how tight your timeline is, so we do our very best to clean your project so you can check it off your to-do list.
How long do you take to complete a clean?
We pride ourselves on being some of the fastest cleaners in the industry. We don’t want you to pay a cent more than necessary, so we work as fast and efficiently as possible. The time it takes to clean depends on the size of the project, but if we come in under our estimate, you don’t pay for any time not used.
What does your 70-Point Cleaning Checklist for post construction include?
We know that cleaning construction sites is not as simple as cleaning a lived-in home. The drywall dust is EVERYWHERE! (Not to mention how much mess construction workers leave behind them.) We clean every area of your home to ensure that all that pesky dust is truly gone. On top of your standard clean, we’ve also got some tricks up our sleeves. Schedule your clean with us to get the full 70-Point Clean. We can tell you, you won’t be disappointed!
Do you guarantee your work?
We offer 100% guarantee! If you feel we’ve missed anything that was discussed and agreed upon as part of your clean, we will come back to fix it with no extra cost to you.
*This guarantee does not apply to post construction cleans where trades are still working after we leave.
Do you clean commercial construction builds, as well as residential?
Yes, we can accommodate most post construction commercial cleans as well. Fill out an estimate request form and we’ll talk!
Do you offer discounts for multiple sites?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a multi site discount. Because we charge by the hour, our rates are dependant on how long we work. However, if we can complete multiple units in a day, it will save you on your mileage fee.
Do you do deep cleans?
Due to the number of post-construction and moving cleans that are currently filling our schedule, our books are closed for all new deep-cleaning customers. If we have cleaned for you before, send us an email and we will do our best to fit you into our schedule!
